Shipping Information

All Henge Docks orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours from the time the order is placed pending product availability and credit card verification.

International Shipping

All of Henge Docks’ direct to consumer shipments originate from the United States or the Netherlands. Your country may levy customs fees, duties or other taxes on your shipment if it is being shipped out of those countries.

Henge Docks has no control over how countries choose to levy customs fees, duties or other taxes on incoming goods. We cannot predict what the customs fees will be as we ship to many countries worldwide and each country has its own set of individual policies. If you are not familiar with your country’s importing policies and taxation practices please check before ordering.

Shipping Timelines

For items that are in stock, we aim to have each order ship from our warehouses within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. However, occasionally an order may take a little longer due to local or national holidays, or other circumstances out of our control. For items that are backordered, pre-ordered, or out of stock, we will get these shipped out as soon as possible, from when the order was placed. Henge Docks does not fulfill orders on weekends or holidays, so orders placed after 1 PM PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Cancellations and Changes to Order

If an order needs to be edited or cancelled after being placed, we will do everything in our power to accomodate this. However once the order begins processing at our 3PL shipping warehouse, this request will not be possible on our end and your order will ship as is. Due to the frequency in which orders are fulfilled and the volume in which orders are placed, Henge Docks cannot guarantee any cancellation requests.

Order Cancellation
